PERSONAL 
Wayne Squires is a fitness professional from Dublin, Ireland.
Throughout his life he has competed in a number of sports, starting at the age of 10 with boxing, golf at the age of 15, CrossFit at the age of 23 and
now at 28 he has discovered his biggest passion to date, participating in Natural Men's Physique shows, where he is now competing at a professional level.

EXPERIENCE
Wayne has over 8 years of experience as a fitness professional. He has thousands of clients globally including countries such as Ireland, Australia and is now taking over  America.  Wayne has a broad range of qualifications from Personal Training to Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sports Nutrition Specialist, Weight Management Consultant and  Group Class Instructor, where his experience now incorporates  12 variations of fitness class styles, such as Boxing, TRX, Circuit Training, PUMP, Aerobics, Spin and StrongMan. 

WORK

Wayne, started as an instructor in Ireland in 2010. After traveling and acquiring a wealth of valuable experience, he developed a hugely successful program mirroring the Biggest Loser. His average client age was 35-40, and the majority of participants saw between 18-25 lbs of weight loss. This program has been revamped and is more exciting than ever.

​Wayne is just phenomenal.  I've been doing weightlifting and boxing sessions with Wayne for over a year, and he's just a phenomenal trainer.  Wayne helped me cut more than 10 percentage points of bodyfat, focusing on both strength training and nutrition.  Wayne really takes the time to focus on technique and form, which helps with both gaining lean muscle and injury prevention.  Wayne is constantly generating new workouts, so you will get variety and make steady progress, as long as you put the reps in.
